Smoke Photography

After watching this video in you tube, I badly wanted to try out smoke photography. So tried a similar setup and the results were amazing. Please watch the video and also make sure to watch the following video where Gavin talks about making the pictures look better in PS. These are pictures of smoke from an incense stick colored in Photoshop.

Beautiful pics dude! Really cool work. Though I don’t have any idea about photographing smoke, a couple of them seem a little out of focus. It’s probably difficult in the dark, but does decreasing the aperture work at all?
